Delete your account and practice data
The safest and fastest deletion path is inside the FromLvlZero app. Sign in, open Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete my account, and confirm your current password.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address connected to your FromLvlZero account. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Deleting some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can edit or delete individual practice sessions, and remove projects, skills and mediums you no longer want. Your account and the rest of your history stay as they are.
If you want us to remove something you cannot remove yourself, email support@fromlvlzero.com from the address connected to your account and tell us what you would like deleted.
What happens afterward
Deletion from active systems is permanent. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain a temporary copy until they expire under the provider’s backup schedule. Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are not restored to recreate a deleted account.
